There is no sense of urgency here so be prepared for that. Fortunately I just get an iced tea so my order is quick but other people were waiting and waiting. I noticed a lot of empty donut trays. Not an issue for me, but I can imagine it being one for other customers. A redeeming quality is that it is half Dunkin' half Baskin Robbins so you can get a scoop of ice cream as well. I know finding that out made me happy. They don't keep fresh lemon on hand, you have to use squeeze packets. Not a fan. Had an interesting crowd hanging about. Didn't seem like the cleanest location I've been to but I survived to Yelp about it. I would go back, but wouldn't order anything too specific there. Read: 2.5 stars

This is like a 2.5 star DD location. I usually go here because it is on my way to the office and when I'm tired and heading to work, convenience is king. The coffee itself is my favorite of the mass producers. If you ask for cream and don't want an entire cow udder in there ask for "less cream" or "splash of cream". They can always add more, but when your coffee has essentially taken on the look of a vanilla milkshake there is no turning back unless you have them make you a new one and this place is just too busy for that. From time to time I order a bagel to go with my coffee or iced coffee. I'm not expecting five-star new york bagel deliciousness, but I do expect them to be fresh. I've actually have to return a bagel because it tasted too old. Proceed with caution. Also, download the DD app and they give you a coup for a free coffee.

You CAN'T be out of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Ever. It is a staple. Dear corporate... this place is an embarrassment to the brand. They are always out of what we ask for. Supposed to carry 31 flavors. 0 stars!

You can never be disappointed with Dunkin. It's a chain, it's like being upset at McDonald's, no. Expect average service and awesome (processed) donuts! Worth everything it represents.

We live around the corner from this Dunkin so it's extremely convenient to go to. My boyfriend has been going for much longer than I have. Just about every time we go, we both order a flavored coffee and just about every time, they screw one of them up. What's so difficult about adding coconut flavoring???

This location is a little slower than others. Plus side to Dunkin Doughnuts is that it's cheaper than Starbucks or Krispy Kreme. Plus recently I found some coupons, for 99 cent sandwiches, or a free coffee. These coupons make it worth coming here.

Working the overnight shifts on the weekends can be tough, but I can always count on this place to give me good customer service and coffee. I can't speak for anyone who comes here during the day, but at night on my way to work they always get my order right. The times I've bought donuts they usually taste very fresh. I really like the people that work here at night, they are very friendly and seem like they aim to please when it comes to my coffee. I've gone to other DD places and they never seem to make my coffee right or the donuts taste old. As long as I'm working late at night this is the only place I go to for coffee when I'm in a rush.

I've heard wonderful things about this coffee...three times now I've been disappointed. I would look beyond the coffee and focus on the doughnuts if those were anything worth focusing on. I'm sure if I actually got up in time to experience a fresh doughnut my experience might be different, but after 11am they're dry and slightly stale. I've had doughnuts for lunch that have been sitting in the office break room since 8am that weren't as stale (yes, I've had doughnuts for lunch). Plus, the employees here have been consistently cold. Stale, I guess you could say. Weak stale coffee, dry stale doughnuts, cold stale staff. Oh, and the sausage in the breakfast sandwich was either rubber or over cooked by about a day.

It is right next to one of my favorite places, Tijuana Flats, so I like to go here afterward for coffee. DD's coffee is always great.
